Ad Submissions
Please submit ad copy to art at oracle20-20 dot com.
If you have a large file that will not go through via e-mail, please have your designer load it on their ftp and send us the link. You may want to use a file sending service such as You Send It to transfer the files. It’s free and easy.
Ad Formats we accept as camera ready: (300dpi for the covers and 185 dpi for interior pages) PDF, TIFF, EPS, InDesign 2.0, JPEG.
Settings should be CMYK with 20% desaturation for full color and 33% for black & white. In the color ads, black must be 100% K, NOT four colour (CMYK or rich or composite) black.
We DO NOT accept Word or Publisher files as camera ready ads!
Please name your ad with your company name and run date.
ie: 04_13_MyBookstore.pdf (no spaces or special characters)
Please DO NOT name your file Oracle_Ad.pdf.
